Child Custody/Physical Care and Visitation/Alternate

Cedar Rapids Area Child Custody Attorney

One of the most difficult and stressful aspects of an action for divorce or paternity matter is the how the issues of child custody/physical care and visitation/alternate care will be resolved. It is an issue which needs to be resolved based upon what is in the best interests of your children and recognizing the rights, responsibilities, and value of both parents.

One of the issues that I will address with you during the course of your initial consultation is the relationship that your children have their siblings, their parents, their teachers, their peers, and their community at large. The purpose of this discussion is to begin gathering and analyzing the facts which are going to be used to determine the outcome of these issues.

There are many complex factors which are used by the Court to determine the issues of child custody/physical care and visitation/alternate care. I have the knowledge, the experience, and the judgment to skillfully present these matters in a negotiation and/or mediation setting. Further, I have the ability to artfully litigate these issues before the district court.

Contact me today to schedule an appointment to discuss your child custody concerns.
